Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of increasing number customers and pawning gold on risk management during covid-19 pandemic. research was conducted at 15 branch offices PT. Pegadaian Syariah in city Bandung with samples obtained by 40 respondents. The method used this is a verification quantitative approach. data source primary collection technique questionnaire. sample non-probability withtechnique sampling methodpurposive sampling. hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis SPSS version 23 statistical tool. From results tests carried out, show that (1) increase has no financing (2) an pawn gold. Suggestions for further researchers are expected add other Variables not discussed should expand objects be studied using different more respondents than before.
 Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan jumlah nasabah dan gadai emas terhadap manajemen risiko di masa Pandemi Covid-19. dilakukan pada kantor cabang Kota dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebesar responden. Metode digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode verifikatif pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber sumber primer teknik pengumpulan kuesioner. Sampel menggunakan purposive. Pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linier berganda alat statistic versi 23. Dari hasil pengujian dilakukan, menunjukan bahwa tidak berpengaruh pembiayaan emas. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menambah variabel-variabel lain dibahas sebaiknya memperluas objek akan diteliti responden berbeda serta lebih banyak dari sebelumnya.
